Our minds can do more than you think. Scientists studying lucid dreaming have found that in your dreams you really can travel places. They had one lucid dreamer in a lab on one side of the world and then had a piece of paper that said something in a lab all the way across on the other side the world. the lucid dreamer was able to go to the lab across the world while sleeping and was able to read the paper and wake up to say exactly what was written on it.

our ideas of mind body dualism are wrong. our thoughts have energy which , though smaller than the energy of you hitting a table, are present all the time. energy goes where the mind goes and our minds affect our outer reality. an example of this occured in the u.s.. a scientist got a buddhist monk to bless four bottles of water. the one he blessed hate was scattered and angry looking, the one that was blessed friendship looked a lot like a calm snowflake, and so on. the particles changed according to the energy from the mind.
